Dark Omen is one of my all time fave games. hard to play on modern PCs but worth the effort!

Some times I feel tempted to fully recreate The Grudgebringers in miniature form.

I preferred my bright wizard lobbing flaming skulls everywhere and I just love it when cannonballs smash into a regiment and you see the bodies fly.

This might prove interesting for you ;).…

I seen these and this what got me going for it. I already got a steam tank, flagellents (With giant wheel to reference Jabbawocky) and a bright wizard. just need to put them together though.

Morgan The Mercenary Commander from Dark Omen !!!

I don't remember he look so...........handsome. That is really a good game.

Can you draw Stefan von Kessel from Mark of Chaos too. That is a good game too and von Kessel is interesting character.

Dark Omen! SotHR and this, such an obscure series, but I love playing it so much. There's really a lot of focus from Games Workshop to make it as true as possible to the 'Warhammer Fantasy Battles' experience in an active somewhat physics-based game. Personally, I've gone so far as to hack into the game and make my own custom units to try to play through in a different fashion.

This art is excellent, flaws are naught to my own sight, I thank you generously for this excellent rendition to the hero of one of my most favorite game series, based on my most favorite 'traditional games' series.
Most. Excellent!

Hi all,

just to let you all know that Warhammer Dark Omen still lives and we have many new mods and alternate campaigns, including Win7 and XP fixes. This year will see the release of our first Siege Fortress Mod Map, as we already have new Warhammer Army sprites, such as Chaos, Dark Elves, Dwarf Slayers etc..

(Monthly Mutliplayer Online Tournaments, last Saturday of every month)

and to run Shadow of the Horned Rat on Xp/7 use this auto installer but as others have already pointed out, the Playstation version on emulation looks better and I personally plug in my xbox pad to play it. I'm curently recreating mission 1 of SOTHR into my Dark Omen mod map as we can mod the campaign flow to be as varied (multiple paths/routes) as SOTHR.

All welcome, anytime
